Fellow Progressives,

Warm greetings from the Directorate of the Youth Wing, West Africa.

As we stand at the precipice of a defining moment in our political history, I address you not just as a party official, but as a committed stakeholder in the Nigerian Project, championed by our visionary leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and exemplified by the transformative governance of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in Lagos.

Lagos is more than a state; it is the heartbeat of our nation’s economy, the cradle of progressive politics, and the shining beacon of the APC’s promise delivered. It is the undisputed bastion of our great party. However, the political landscape is a perpetual arena of contest. The 2023 elections delivered a powerful message: no bastion is impenetrable without relentless work, organization, and the unwavering commitment of its defenders.

We have observed with keen interest the vigorous activities of opposition elements, including the Labour Party and others, who are aggressively mobilizing, registering their members, and plotting a strategic incursion into our stronghold. Their goal is not merely participation; it is displacement. They seek to dismantle the very engine of national progress we have painstakingly built.

This brings me to the single most critical weapon in our arsenal at this moment: the Ongoing APC E-Registration Exercise.

This digital register is not merely a list of names; it is our strategic defence perimeter, our database of victory, and the empirical proof of our dominance. Every new digital registration is a soldier enlisted in our army of progress. Every youth, market woman, professional, and artisan we onboard digitally is a vote fortified against any opposition surge.

Therefore, I issue this directive with the utmost seriousness:

• Massive Mobilization is Non-Negotiable: Every ward, every unit, every street must be saturated with this message. We must activate all our networks—civil society, trade unions, student bodies, professional associations—to embrace this e-registration. Let our mobilization dwarf all others in scale and sophistication.

• Ownership and Accountability: All Chapter Chairmen and Youth Leaders are hereby tasked with owning this process. Set tangible, weekly targets. Report progress directly. This exercise is the primary key performance indicator for our preparedness.

• Narrative of Proven Leadership: While they campaign on promises, we must mobilize on the bedrock of PROVEN ACHIEVEMENTS. As we register people, we must eloquently articulate the legacy of President Tinubu in building modern Lagos and his national agenda, alongside Governor Sanwo-Olu’s consistent delivery. We are not selling hope; we are consolidating a legacy of tangible results.

The opposition dreams of an upset. We must ensure they meet an impenetrable wall of organized, registered, and mobilized APC faithful. Let the 2027 election be a confirmation, not a contest.

The time for casual support is over. The season of strategic, data-driven political warfare is here. Let us rise to this occasion with the focus, discipline, and overwhelming force that has always defined our party in its moments of truth.

Our legacy, our future, and the progress of Lagos and Nigeria depend on the actions we take today.
