Ambassador Chief Tunde Igbasan Reaffirms Commitment to Renewed Hope Agenda

The Tinubu 2027 APC Youth Wing (West African Chapter) has successfully held its inaugural physical Stakeholders’ Meeting at the Watercress Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos. The landmark event brought together youth leaders, regional coordinators, and strategic partners from across Nigeria and West Africa to discuss collaborative strategies for advancing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The meeting focused on developing a unified mobilisation framework aimed at strengthening youth participation, civic engagement, and cross-border partnerships within the West African region.
Addressing the participants, the Director General, Ambassador Chief Tunde Igbasan, described the Renewed Hope Agenda as “a covenant of restoration built on the shoulders of young people.” He reaffirmed the Youth Wing’s dedication to serving as a bridge between governance and the grassroots, ensuring that the Renewed Hope message resonates “from Lagos to Accra, from Freetown to Monrovia.”
Ambassador Igbasan urged stakeholders to remain steadfast and united under the theme “Empowered Youths, Stronger Nation”, emphasizing the importance of collective action as the movement prepares its visibility and mobilisation strategy ahead of the 2027 agenda.
The event marks a significant milestone for the West African Chapter, setting the tone for sustained engagement and collaboration in driving youth-focused initiatives across the subregion.
